We have high goals as a team for the upcoming season. We also understand that to do our best, it will require consistent and progressive training. It is the charge of each athlete to do his or her best to be prepared for the season on August 19th. Each athlete must train during the summer to improve as an individual and as a member of the greater team. The dedication of each athlete directly affects the success of the individual and the success of the team.
We are asking each other to commit to WilsonXC. We are not asking for sacrifice. We are asking for commitment to living the right way. We are asking for healthy diet, proper sleep, dedication to academics, dedication to training and commitment to your team.
